Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If WDM2VST Ultra does not work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase, for any reason.
2. Who is eligible
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:
- Your refund request is sent within 14 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your receipt;
- You request the refund using the email address you used at checkout;
- The license has not been used in a way that violates our Terms of Service (for example, sharing the license key publicly, attempting to circumvent activation, or chargeback fraud).
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@wdm2vst.com with:
- Subject line: Refund request — order #<your order number>
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (from your receipt)
- A short note about why you would like a refund (this helps us improve the Software, but is not required)
We aim to respond within two business days. Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
4. Processing time
After approval, refunds typically post to your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International transactions may take longer.
5. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and your right to use the Software ends. You agree to uninstall the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
6. Outside the 14-day window
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial credit, exchanges, or technical-support resolutions instead.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be disputed, and the associated license key may be permanently revoked.
